You should be receiving the Pond Repair Special Assessment letter and payment instructions from Sentry soon! (They were mailed by Sentry on 03/27/26) If you have an email registered with Sentry, you will have already been notified. Each lot must pay $804 by April 30, 2026 please.
If the Special Assessment will cause a significant financial hardship for you and you would like the Board to consider a request to set up a payment plan with Sentry- instead of the lump sum payment due 04/30/26- please email Delroy Brown at dbrown@sentrymgt.com to request an exception and payment plan option. The HOA must pay Parker Land Services in 30% installments, so exceptions will be limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for understanding.

Polk County enforced speed limits are:
25 MPH on Bloomfield Hills Blvd.
20 MPH on all side streets
