We are looking for help with common area upkeep!
Are you good with a pressure washer? Do you love gardening & want to help us revitalize? Are you willing to help with sprinkler repairs? Little-by-little we can get it done! The to-do-list is ever changing, so help out when you can.
Every 3 months, we’d like to get together to do maintenance in the common areas. If we get small teams together, the work can get done super quickly and our community will not have to pay for services which will ultimately make our annual assessments more affordable. This is a great way to meet your neighbors and actively engage in the community.
Eventually, we will establish a committee for this, but for now, if interested, please email: melissa.pixley@bloomfield-hoa.com. No actual dates have been decided at this point. We are just trying to gauge interest. All are welcome!
